I remember when Nathaly first called me like it was just yesterday. The excitement in her voice was explosive as she started to share what her Columbian-Indian fusion wedding detailed. An hour later, we said goodbye as though we were old friends. A short time later, it was official and we started to plan their engagement session. (pssst….click here to see these two love birds rock their Marie Selby Gardens Engagement Session!)
The days quickly flew by and before I knew it, Nathaly and Angad’s wedding weekend had arrived. Upon arrival to Nathaly’s home, there is hustle happening everywhere…but no stress. Nathaly sat peacefully while being pampered as the boys watched soccer and the women ran around completing last minute wedding tasks. But alas, no stress. Just family surrounding one another, ready to do anything to make their Nathaly smile on her wedding day.
I could go on and on about all the magical moments that happened throughout the weekend, but I’ll let the images speak for themselves. My favorite part about Nathaly and Angad’s wedding was how little direction I needed to provide. All of the smiles, hugs, laughter and love you are about to witness evolved unprovoked.
Nathaly & Angad,
I cannot thank you enough for fighting for me to be there to capture such incredible emotion on your wedding day. It’s so very clear that you two were truly meant for one another. It’s clear in the tenderness in which Angad treats you, Nathaly. The love is written all over Nathaly’s face each time you look at Angad. It’s destined that great things are in store for you both. But it goes beyond the love you have for each other. Your families. How incredible it was to witness two cultures come together and celebrate with such excitement and joy. Thank you once more for choosing me!
