Hyatt Clearwater Beach Wedding
It’s not often I receive an inquiry for a morning traditional wedding. So when Leila started to share what her wedding day would look like, I became excited. Why you ask? Because they were getting married at the Hyatt Regency on Clearwater Beach…and better yet, the ceremony would take place on the sky terrace.
I’ve shot weddings in this space before and it’s super stunning. HOWEVER, the ceremonies are typically later in the day, which means the sun is blazing right into my lens. With my style of shooting this creates a really, really bright image. While there is absolutely nothing wrong with this, I was excited to shoot on the sky terrace with the sun to my back. It created this deep, royal/cobalt blue sky that is to die for. Speaking of skies to die for…if you haven’t seen Leila and John’s Clearwater Beach engagement session, then friends…you are missing out! So do me a favor, and check out what Leila and John have to say about their wedding photography experience then head over to see a candy cotton sunset!
Leila and John, thank you so much for choosing me to work with to capture your big day!
What was your favorite part of working with Kimberly Photography?
EVERYTHING. Kimberly is truly amazing. She made us feel comfortable from the very beginning and is so easy to work with. She was organized from day 1, providing us with check ins from the very beginning.
If you could share one piece of advice with couples currently planning, what would it be?
Chose Kimberly! Choosing Kimberly to be our photographer was the best decision we made. Photography is so important, and more than that, you want to be able to look back your day and like the way your photos turned out. Kimberly was so fluid, and made us feel so comfortable that our photos look that way too!
In the end, Leila & John believe:
Kimberly is absolutely amazing! We hired Kimberly to photograph our morning wedding in October and it was the best decision we made. From the very beginning she was organized, professional, and made us feel completely comfortable. Photography is one of the biggest decisions you’ll make, and Kimberly did not disappoint. Even during the harshest time of day in terms of light, Kimberly worked her magic and our photos turned out amazing. She did a great job at staging us/posing us without it looking forced. I could go on and on about how great she is. I would recommend her to anyone!
